“Why should I hire a QuickBooks Consultant?”

  • Running a business is complicated enough; you don't need to waste precious hours that could be spent otherwise, trying to figure out the best way to use your QuickBooks software. We can get you up and running quickly, show you how to best utilize QuickBooks for your particular business and get you the results you want.

“What do I need to know first to use QuickBooks?”

  • You should have a basic understanding of the Windows operation system and/or computers in general. You should also have some basic accounting knowledge to get your company set up properly. If you are not confident in your bookkeeping skills we will gladly assist you with your setup and provide training in fundamental entries. This will save you hours of frustration and clean-up at a later date.

“What are your office hours?”

  • Our phones and email are monitored seven days a week.  We know many small businesses take care of administrative duties in the evening and on weekends; we try to be available at those times.

“Do you have references?” do you bill for your services?"

  • Yes we do! These are available upon request.
